Heal your body, naturally. I’m an experienced Reiki Master
and a firm believer in a holistic approach to healing. The human body is made up of the mind, body, and spirit ~ all three must be in working order, so that a free flow of energy is achieved. Given a clear, balanced state of being, our bodies are very self-healing, and Reiki is one pathway to reaching that goal. Through my practice, I work hard to clear and release this energy and promote well-being. Reiki is for everyone; it heals adults, babies, toddlers, children, elderly and pets. I offer individual Reiki Sessions, Reiki classes and certification, and various workshops and meditation groups. Hands-on Reiki
As a Reiki Practitioner, I help clients reduce their stress and anxiety, among other ailments. With my Hands-on Reiki treatment, your body and mind will feel free and clear of worries and stressors that life places upon us. Reiki will help to align your energy and keep your body and spirit in balance. Clients claim to feel relaxed and renewed, feeling better physically and mentally, after each session. I can tailor your session to work on your specific goals and needs, or I can let intuition be the guide. I love showing my clients how just one session and some good self care can make an enormous difference to their health and well-being.
At Heal Within Reiki, crystals can be incorporated into a Reiki treatment, adding their own healing properties to further help to restore the balance and well-being of the client. During such a treatment, specific crystals are placed on or around the body that resonate with a particular physical, emotional or mental condition in need of healing. Together with Reiki this helps to release energy blockages, refining the flow of energy.

Reiki Certification
Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing processes in each patient's body as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being. Beyond being a healing modality, Reiki is a spiritual pathway to empowerment, balance and enlightenment. There are four levels of Reiki: I, II, III, and Master Teacher. The class for each level consists of your attunement, instruction, and practice time.
Reiki I: The emphasis is on opening the energy channels and Reiki Self-treatment. $100
Reiki II: The focus is on the treatment of others, distance healing, and enhancing the energy with the use of symbols. $100
Reiki III: Reiki Master Practitioner. The emphasis is on a greater connection and commitment. $100
Balance Your Chi
Reiki Meditation Groups
Like Reiki, meditation is a useful tool to help reduce stress and anxiety, as well as physical and emotional pain. Join like-minded individuals in a peaceful setting where you can escape the chaos of daily life for just a bit. Energy is magnified in a group, making this a perfect time to go deeply within.
A mini Reiki treatment during each group enhances the benefits.
Crystal Bowls & Reiki Group: Held the second Tuesday of each month 6:00 - 7:00 pm. $20
Chakra Meditation with Reiki: Held the third Monday of each month 5:00 - 6:00 pm. $20
